As you feel the impact of changes in health, living arrangements, or increased need for support, are old or new relationship issues also surfacing? Do you know how to cope...and how to get help?
Start by gathering information. You might need knowledg about navigating the health care system, making changes to current living arrangements or arranging for more care. We'll help you save time in your information search.
Once you've gathered facts, you'll have to weigh options and build a plan. What roles will each of your family members play? How will you have sensitive conversations and arrive at results and solutions that work for everyone?
